Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that personalised items require extra time to process. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, your order will be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered first.
Shipping Charges: Please note that free shipping is not available for international orders or returns.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Replacement Policy
We offer a 30-day replacement policy for all unused and unworn items, with no questions asked. Ariva reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing any replacements. If you purchased an Ariva product from a source other than the Ariva Website or App, the replacement policy of the original purchase source will apply. Please note, shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable for replacements.
Missing Items in Replacement Orders: If a replacement includes missing items (e.g., free gifts, promotional products, or silver coins), we may deduct the full MRP of the missing product from your refund amount.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected in our warehouse.
Replacement & Exchange: You can request a replacement or exchange for your order under the same conditions as replacements. Replacements will only be shipped after the initial return is processed, particularly for Gold items.
Replacement Process
You can initiate a replacement request through our website or app. Alternatively, our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you. After initiating the replacement, please ensure you're available for reverse pick-up and can answer calls from the delivery partner. If you’re unavailable, the reverse pick-up may be cancelled, and the process will need to be restarted.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: In some rare cases, certain pin codes may only support forward delivery services. If your pin code is non-serviceable for replacements, we may ask you to send the product back via an alternate courier service, such as India Post. We will reimburse shipping costs up to Rs. 70. If the return shipping costs exceed Rs. 70, any extra charges (including duties, taxes, etc.) will be deducted from your refund. Customers in non-serviceable areas are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 towards shipping.
Missing or Empty Parcel
If you receive an empty parcel or find that a product is missing, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will need a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process your claim. Please note that insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may lead to your claim being denied. We reserve the right to make the final decision in such cases.
